Nils Kaster is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction industry. He is the Business Unit Leader Transactions of the Real Estate division and is based at TA Europe’s Berlin office. He is an authorized signatory of the division.
The focus of his work is on technical due diligence and portfolio due diligence. In addition, the management and execution of portfolio due diligences, technical advice on financing rounds and the development of new advisory services are key areas of focus. Prior to joining TA Europe, Nils worked as an authorized signatory and Associate Director as Team Lead MEP at CBRE GmbH and Arcadis Germany GmbH.
Nils holds a Master’s degree in Building Technology from the Technical University of Berlin and a Bachelor’s degree in Energy and Environmental Technology from the Leipzig University of Technology, Economics and Culture. He is fluent in German and English and has recently started learning Italian.
