Dr Norayr Badasyan is an Associate Director and Infrastructure Service Lead at TA Europe.
Norayr focuses on the technical, commercial and financial evaluation of complex infrastructure projects. His expertise focuses on all forms of core infrastructures including PPP advisory of motorways, electrical vehicle charging stations, schools, hospitals, prisons, etc.
With over 13 years of experience in the sphere of infrastructure and PPPs, Norayr provides advisory services to investors and grantors over their infrastructure investments associated with technical due diligence, construction and operational monitoring, transaction advisory, infrastructure asset management and cost-benefit analysis.
Norayr manages infrastructure advisory teams and is responsible for project delivery by providing investors and lenders with the added value. His clients include investors and lenders across Germany, Austria, BeNeLux, Czech, etc.
Norayr holds a doctoral degree from the Department of Infrastructure, Real Estate and Construction Management of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hans Wilhelm Alfen) with the main focus on development of infrastructure project investment models .
Norayr is an external lecturer of a course of Infrastructure and Real Estate Management at Bauhaus University in Germany and author of several articles in the sphere of infrastructure economics and finance published in highly ranked international journals.
