Sandra Zuber joins TA Europe in Munich as an HR Business Partner. She brings extensive and well-founded experience in the field of Human Resources, with a strong focus on advising leaders and delivering both strategic and operational HR solutions.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sandra pursued further qualification as a systemic Certified Coach & Consultant at the Coach & Trainer Academy St. Gallen. In recent years, she has primarily worked with internationally oriented law firms. In her most recent role, she advised leaders on strategic HR and recruiting topics while also taking responsibility for operational HR tasks, particularly in recruitment. In addition, she supported HR initiatives in the areas of change management and organizational development.
People are at the core of Sandra’s work. She is passionate about supporting the development of employees and leaders and fostering a work environment in which appreciation is genuinely lived.
