Simon Schuhböck is a Senior Project Manager at TA Europe with comprehensive experience in project management, technical consultancy, and strategic real estate development. Over the past years, he has been responsible for the successful delivery of complex national and international real estate and infrastructure projects, covering all stages from planning and tendering to construction supervision and handover.
Simon combines strong technical expertise with an analytical and interdisciplinary approach, bringing valuable insights from his experience in both construction project management and intellectual property consulting. His work focuses on cost, risk, and schedule management, technical due diligence, quality and safety assurance, and contract negotiations.
He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where he specialized in structural engineering, infrastructure, real estate development, and construction process management.
Simon speaks German as his mother tongue, is fluent in English, and has good command of Spanish.
