An optimal candidate experience and an authentic internal and external employer branding are the key for Tanja to a successful recruiting process and sustainable employee retention.
Tanja has successfully completed her studies at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie (VWA) Frankfurt and the Studieninstitut für Kommunikation (IST) in Dusseldorf.
She speaks German as her native language and English fluently.
