Volker works as a Real Estate Senior Consultant based in our Essen office. He focuses on technical due diligence as well as on the monitoring of real estate and portfolio transactions.
Before Volker Weisbrod joined TA Europe, he worked for a real estate property developer company in Aachen and surrounding areas. He was responsible for real estate transactions and asset management as well as property management. Whilst supervising various projects in different cities, he constantly expanded his knowledge significantly.
In addition to his completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (IHK) in Trier, Volker gained the qualification of Real Estate Economist (GdW) at the European Business School (EBZ) in Bochum.
Volker is fluent in German, English and French. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his dachshund Kalle.
