Trans European Portfolio Deals are one of our specific capabilities, developed in several transactions, containing assets in diverse European countries. For this purpose, TA Europe mobilises international TDD teams managed by a transaction manager who is the single point of contact for the supported deal team. In a very short time, we are able to analyse the assets with our local TDD experts and generate all necessary technical/commercial data to understand the technical risks and associated costs.
In project management, project monitoring and cost management commissions, we are more selective and only work in those locations, where we can guarantee the long-term-support of a local specialised team, to be supported and controlled by our international managers.
