The office and commercial building is centrally located in Munich’s old town. Marienplatz is situated in the centre of a pedestrian zone, it is free of individual traffic. TA Europe was responsible for TDD, prepared an ESG Report and produced an assessment on the EU Taxonomy and Disclosure Regulation.
