Q3/20: P3/GIC commissioned TA Europe with the technical analysis of a retail logistics assets portfolio. The portfolio comprises 33 Cash & Carry properties currently used by METRO. TA Europe’s assignment included the inspection and technical assessment of all properties and an analysis of the existing data room (netfiles).
