Q3/18 – ongoing: Pre-acquisition technical due diligence of an office building in central Munich, including an underground car park with 249 parking spaces. We have also accompanied the hand-over process and take care of the tracking and elimination of defects. In addition, we carry out technical asset management services with regard to tenant fit-out issues.
