Our office in Brussels is headed by Luc Tousseyn, an expert in Technical Due Diligence in real estate as well as PPP lenders’ technical advice in infrastructure. Luc’s background is civil engineering, he has extended experience in technical advice and risk assessment of civil structures and accommodations and is familiar with all technical and legal aspects of building contracts.
Luc has ten years’ experience with SECO of technical inspection services. He was in charge of several important infrastructure works and accommodation projects in Belgium. He is a member of “Belgische Groepering voor Grondmechanica en Geotechniek”, and a former member of Task Committee CEN/TC 396: Earthworks.
From our Brussels office, which is leading our business in Benelux and France, we have already successfully completed TDDs in the Netherlands and Luxembourg as well as some international infrastructure projects.
We are indeed extremely proud to expand into these two European Capitals, and are excited to work on new projects and to make new connections within the European and global real estate and infrastructure markets.
