TA Europe is pleased to announce that Marijke Brijnart has joined the TA Europe’s Brussels team in the position of Consultant to strengthen its infrastructure and real estate advisory team in BeNeLux. She supports the team providing TDD and LTA services with focus on social infrastructure. Luc Tousseyn, Leader of TA Europe’s office in Brussels comments: “Marijke is very capable in providing technical advice and consultancy to infrastructure, PPP and commercial real estate clients and therefore will help to strengthen our position in the Benelux markets.”
Up to date Marijke was closely involved with the ‘Scholen van Morgen’ (‘Schools of Tomorrow’) project, the largest DBFM program in Belgium, managing the project as well as providing technical advice for the delegated developer, who was in charge of the coordination and follow-up of the design, build and maintenance phases for the construction and maintenance of 183 school infrastructure projects.
Marijke was responsible for the management of schools and design teams in the development of school designs, building permits and tender documents. As a technical advisor, she was in charge of the screening of the design and tender documents on compatibility with DBFM contracts and the technical and financial feasibility of the projects, the review of execution documents and site control.
