We would like to wish all our clients, consultants, as well as everyone in our extensive network a very happy and successful 2018.
2017 has been a winning year for TA Europe, with sufficient business, exciting new clients, the opening of our new offices in Berlin and Brussels, two new Partners and additionally three new team members coming on board. Our team has grown and we are grateful for talented people who value the reputation of TA Europe as leading, expanding technical advisors in its field, as well as a fair, modern and generous employer. The team enjoyed various company events throughout the year. Highlights were the golf event in the summer, everyone managed to hit a golf ball (some better than others) and the Christmas meal on board a Rhine ferry, followed by a pub crawl in the Düsseldorf Altstadt. At these events the teams from all office locations came together, exchanging ideas, talking about previous and future projects, discussing progress and generally bonding to strengthen the TA Europe team spirit.
In 2018 we will continue our strategy in building business around existing and new partners in existing and new locations. Start will be the opening of a new office in Munich in spring with new team members in southern Germany focussing on project management and technical due diligences. We already welcomed a new team member in Brussels and look forward to another new team member for the Essen office, joining the team in spring.
The second week of January has just finished and the Real Estate team is already in full swing, with Technical Due Diligences completing and new portfolios starting, as well as various opportunities with existing and new clients. In March we will again be present at MIPIM in order to strengthen and expand our international network in Real Estate.
The TA Europe Infrastructure team is also very busy with existing projects in Norway, Benelux and Germany, delivering lenders’ technical advice as well as as investors’ technical advice. We are planning to attend selected European conferences and events in spring. Our track record in the transport sector has been extended recently, especially with new team members bringing to the table new skills in rail, locks, highway and tunnelling.
Overall the team at TA Europe is looking forward to continue working with our trusted people and clients as well as welcoming new team members and hopefully new clients.
