TA Europe is expanding their team of Real Estate Consultants with the addition of Gülizar Güden who is based at our head office in Essen, Germany. She supports our Real Estate Team providing TDD services within Europe and is currently proving her expertise whilst working on a variety of commercial projects.
Throughout her career, Gülizar has worked as a property manager and consultant gaining a lot of experience in property management working for various real estate companies such as Bilfinger Real Estate and mfi Shopping Centre Management (now part of Unibail-Rodamco). With her valuable knowledge of shopping centre management and retail stores, we believe she adds great value to those of our clients, who are dealing with the operation of retail properties. Before she joined TA Europe, Gülizar worked for ALDI Süd and was part of the Property Project Team which was responsible for a major construction building and expansion for the ALDI Süd HQ in Mülheim a.d. Ruhr. She was involved with the furnishing and fittings of the new office buildings, cost management and auditing as well as the coordination and execution of service-, site and site restoration plans. Gülizar has an apparent passion for real estate and a hands-on mentality. She is a German native speaker and fluent in English and Kurdish.
With the recruitment of Gülizar, TA Europe follows plans to attract professional real estate consultants, who have the knowledge and expertise to add to our Real Estate Team. Gülizar, one of five female consultants, who have joined our expanding team this year, begins at an exciting time – with new offices in Munich and Madrid opening in the summer, we are looking to recruit professional consultants for our real estate and infrastructure teams.
