TA Europe is experiencing a period of growth; as a result, we have welcomed new consultants into our team. To welcome them and introduce them to team members in different offices, we conducted a two-day induction workshop, walking them through the different areas of our business, ensuring their understanding of our services, structures and to participate in workshops in which we brainstormed new ideas.
All new team members have settled in very well and are becoming part of the company very quickly. Alice Carpenter, our Junior Consultant and RICS Graduate Trainee has had the opportunity to travel to Hamburg, Leipzig and Hannover on various site visits. Gülizar Güden, new consultant within our Real Estate Team in Essen is involved with a variety of different commercial projects. Mercedes Martin, our new Partner in Madrid is establishing interesting new opportunities for us in Spain and Latin America and Fotis Dimitroulas, Senior Project Manager in our Munich office is managing a large project for us in Munich.
The whole team felt that the induction workshops was a worth-while experience that brought together our teams from Berlin, Essen, Munich, Spain and Brussels.
