TA Europe has employed two new members of staff – Dr. Annika Neubauer, an experienced senior real estate consultant, specialising in portfolio technical due diligence and Reenu Arora, who will support the company as an accountant.
Dr. Annika Neubauer joins us this September from a large multi-national real estate management company, where she was responsible for large portfolio TDDs. She is specialised in sustainability and a certified BREEAM accessor and LEED Accredited Professional. In her previous positions, Annika Neubauer has worked and lived in Singapore and Switzerland and conducted several projects for international investors and corporates. As a previous research and teaching assistant, Annika Neubauer has published multiple research papers regarding the economic benefits of sustainable constructions and its influence on the building user.
Reenu Arora joined TA Europe in July 2018 as financial accountant and is responsible for the bookkeeping of our growing company. To start, she will support the company two days from the office in Essen and will take over the accounting and bookkeeping. Before TA Europe she worked as an accountant for a telecommunications company in Cologne and was responsible for the optimisation of processes, accounts and following up of invoices and payments.
Reenu was born in Afghanistan, grew up and lives in Essen. She is fluent in German, English, Indian and Persian and loves to travel with her family. With Reenu, our team has yet become more international with team members originating from Germany, England, Belgium, Spain, Kurdistan, Greece, Italy and Venezuela working together for our international clients.
Both, Reenu and Annika, have young children and take advantage of the flexible working conditions at TA Europe. They are based at our head office in Essen and have been warmly welcomed by our international and diverse team.
