Our latest recruit Ulrich Fritsch has joined our Munich office as an expert project and cost manager. Ulrich started his career as an architect and later specialised in cost management. He has many years’ experience in international consultancies working for several international clients. He is an expert in cost management, lifecycle cost analysis, benchmarking, the development of fundamental principles in cost planning and management and project management.
With the appointment of Ulrich, TA Europe have managed to get a highly experienced and skilled expert on board and Ulrich appreciates and makes use of the flexible working model TA Europe has made available for its employees by working on a reduced hours contract.
