Our Partners Sebastian Frohwann and Wolfgang Schlicht recently travelled to Madrid to catch up with our Spanish Partner Mercedes Martin. One of the highlights of the visit was seeing the detailed model of Madrid Nuevo Norte.
Madrid Nuevo Norte is one of the largest-scale urban regeneration initiatives in Europe to date – the site being a total of 300 hectares. This ambitious project is looking to regenerate the cities infrastructure as well as attract investment in real estate.
Our Partners were indeed impressed and are looking forward to following the progress, especially in view of the new TA Europe office in Madrid, which will open shortly.
