Today we celebrate a very special milestone! 10 years ago, TA Europe was founded – what an exciting journey it has been! From our humble, but ambitious, beginnings in Essen, to a leading boutique real estate and infrastructure consultancy with offices in Berlin, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt, Madrid and Munich. For many players in the market the expression TA meanwhile stands for TA Europe – what an achievement!
Over the past 10 years, our team has grown every year up to the current 65 people who work with passion to consistently deliver excellent services with great outcomes for our clients. We deliver tailored solutions around the life cycle of built assets , including the core service lines Project Management, Cost Management, ESG, Technical and Portfolio Due Diligence, Technical and Commercial Asset Management, and Infrastructure (Digital, Energy, Social and Transport). Having mentioned our achievements, we are very aware that we have to permanently improve ourselves and our offered services to keep pace with the challenges of the market. This year for example we have launched the second release of self-learning Technical Due Diligence software tool “TA Guru 2.0”. We are on our way to digitalise our services with big impact on higher quality, consistency and speed. We will also continue growing, strengthening our presence and expertise in chosen markets, which benefit our clients and provide opportunities of personal growth for our people.
