Since Q1/2017: VDD and management of extensive maintenance measures: Renovation of underground car park and fire protection optimisation of the 70,000 sqm office park in Munich with the aim of maximising the value of the property. Roof renovation, renewal of the elevator systems and modernisation of the outdoor facilities. BREEAM certification.
