TA Europe has an impressive track record specialising in the technical advisory of Pan-European real estate portfolio transactions, across various property sectors. Assisted by our extensive network of alliance partner consultants and offices, with sub-consultants and experts throughout the continent, TA Europe already has relevant experience in almost all countries in Europe.
As an example, TA Europe was involved in a portfolio deal comprising a total of 47 assets located across Europe, including locations in Finland, Poland, Hungary, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy and the UK.
Our portfolio due diligence approach is based on three key success factors:
- We are able to mobilize our Technical Due Diligence teams at very short notice, as we do not have to follow time-consuming internal approval processes.
- We prepare a comprehensive portfolio summary sheet, which allows us to conduct plausibility checks of all results received and identify inconsistencies in the portfolio.
- We offer a highly experienced Technical Transaction Manager, who will be single point of contact for the teams, the client and all other parties involved in the deal. They would work very closely with the teams from the very beginning of the transaction process, to fully support the deal negotiations.
This approach has resulted in numerous, successful portfolio transactions, on both the buyer’s and vendor’s side. We fully understand the needs of international financial institutions, identifying risks for lenders and investors and applying both their own knowledge and experience and the expertise of other specialists to mitigate these risks from the start of our involvement.
Following the transactions, we offer Technical Asset Management, Project or Fund Monitoring, Project Management or Cost Management services to help our clients implement the measures identified during the acquisition process and achieve all objectives in their business plan.
TA Europe is also able to offer reliance to financing parties involved in portfolio transactions, such as funders or sub-sale acquisition parties.
