- TA Europe carried out the complete technical due diligence on behalf of LUWIN and provided an ESG report of the property as well as an assessment with regard to the EU Taxonomy and Disclosure Regulation.
Munich, 21 June 2022 – The investment and asset manager LUWIN Real Estate has acquired a residential and commercial building centrally located at Munich’s Marienplatz for the ‘Versicherungskammer’. The building is prominently located right in Munich’s pedestrian zone, facing Munich’s city hall. It provides 1218 sqm of lettable space, distributed amongst eight floors. Current tenants include a jewellery retailer, who occupies the ground floor and two other floors, while the upper floors are let to a flat and medical practices.
TA Europe acted on behalf of LUWIN Real Estate and was responsible for the complete technical due diligence, including the detailed review of the relevant technical documentation in the data room, a site inspection of the property and the preparation of CAPEX reports. TA Europe also prepared an ESG report and provided an assessment of how the building should be classified with regard to the EU Taxonomy and Disclosure Regulation.
