Madrid, 7 October 2021 – With Sandra Marino Romero, TA Europe gains a Madrid-based senior technical due diligence and project manager in the Spanish and Portuguese Real Estate sector, who from now on will have a key position in TA Europe’s expanding Pan-European Real Estate business and team. Sandra will further fuel the expansion of TA Europe’s business in Spain, Portugal and Southern America, where the firm has already been active for several years, also in the infrastructure sector, led by Mercedes Martín and her team. She will also play an active role in steadily growing our Iberian team to provide our clients with premium real estate solutions.
Sandra brings with her more than 15 years of experience in British consultancies, advising international financial institutions, global investors and developers on challenging and innovative real estate projects in Spain and Portugal. This makes her a great fit for TA Europe, whose ongoing success depend so much on its leader’s capability to manage commissions and people with deep skills in technical diligence as well as project and cost management, always focusing on the needs of our international investor and lender clients.
