Sustainability Due Diligence
Technical due diligence reviews are a standard procedure in the sales or acquisition process of a property or a portfolio. The construction quality is an important factor for the potential buyer and a big driver for the sales price. The same applies to the sustainability “level”. Even if a property has not been certified yet, it might have great potential for a future sustainability certification. Analysing the respective potential to estimate the possible certification level and the connected costs are part of our sustainability due diligence.
