European Business Headquarters of Amazon, located in the old town of Luxembourg close to the river Alzette, which accommodates its central controlling unit. TA Europe concentrated on the potential investments required for this historic property after Amazon will have moved into their new headquarters due to its constantly increasing workforce.
ITO/SOM office building Amsterdam, Gustav Maler Plan, Union Investment
The ITO + SOM complex is a 25 storey high rise tower located in the Zuid business district of Amsterdam, comprising approximately 51,980 m² of office and retail space. Union Investment acquired the modern building ensemble from CommerzReal on behalf of its open-ended real estate fund Unilmmo: Europa.
Hollandia, Amsterdam, La Francaise Real Estate
Built in 2007, the Hollandia office building is located in the centre of Amsterdam and accommodating the headquarters of TomTom.
Shopping Center De Klanderij, Enschede, Union Investment
Large shopping centre with approximately 50 shops of popular international brands. The shopping areas are indoors, however, the centre also contains a central courtyard which includes a hospitality area with restaurants.
Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam City, Union Investment
Luxury hotel in the centre of Amsterdam, which contains an old vicarage from the 19th century, several merchant houses from the 18th century as well as an old warehouse. The hotel is in close proximity to the Museum Het Rembrandthuis as well as the main train station Amsterdam Centraal.
Las Palmas Offices, Rotterdam, Union Investment & ARES Management
The Las Palmas offices are located right in the middle of Rotterdam’s Wilhelminapier and the building is a recognisable architectural landmark. It lies on the south side of the river Maas, opposite the old city centre. This building was extended by a two storey penthouse that floats above the main building, held by steel columns. In the past years, TA Europe has worked twice on the property, once on the vendors’ side and once on the buyer side.

Large-scale office park, located in Diegem in the Brussels Airport Central Business district. The business park offers all the services and facilities to a modern workforce, offering a variety of workspaces and activities.
Mediacite, Shopping Center in Liege, Technical Due Diligence, Union Investment
Landmark shopping complex, which used to be a factory site and was redeveloped in the 2000s. The property has a recognizable and futuristic architecture, equipped with a foil cushion roof, for which TA Europe assembled a team of international experts to assess the technical specialities of the structure. Other key aspects were the technical/legal responsibilities due to the inner city location of the property, the monitoring of the still ongoing Primark extension and assessment of potentially remaining environmental liabilities due to the former industrial site use.
