Janin Leistner is Associate Director at TA Europe and based in our Berlin office. For our customers’ national and international projects she develops tailor-made project management solutions from an economic and technical perspective.
Over the course of her more than 20 years of professional experience, Janin has acquired extensive and profound knowledge of technical and economic aspects of the real estate industry.
For an outpatient care company, she developed new forms of living and took on client tasks before and during the construction phase. At the renowned Berlin architectural office PATZSCHKE, Janin worked closely with the management and was responsible for acquisitions and client consultancy. At CBRE and JLL, currently the largest international real estate consulting companies, she took on project and team responsibility for real estate and portfolio valuations for various types of use and was most recently responsible for advising and evaluating project and district developments throughout Germany.
Janin is an architect and member of the Brandenburg Chamber of Architects as well as the IMMOEBS alumni network. She expanded her technical skills with business aspects through her master’s degree in International Construction Management in the UK and Ireland, which she completed with distinction, as well as modules in real estate economics at the IREBS.
Her passion is timber construction, and one of her projects as co-builder was awarded the BDA’s Special Prize for Sustainability and the Potsdam Climate Prize, among others.
Janin’s mother tongue is German. She is fluent in English and has good conversational skills in French and
Russian.
